Our 30-Day Promise We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, complete with tags and its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as we’ll need it to process your request.

Damages & Order Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make things right for you.
Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can simply place a new order for the correct item.
For Our EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same condition requirements apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds We’ll let you know as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process and post the funds.
